Parent Cohorts
I appreciate your interest in our parent groups! Our Parent Cohorts are an intimate group of up to 10 parents (families). The cohorts are primarily extended to birthing parents to align resources and support, but partners/spouses are welcome. The goal is to create an online community of parents who discuss parenting styles, culture, identity, values, and relationships.
These facilitated groups create space for people from different cultural, economic, and social backgrounds to share life experiences and receive guidance and advice from each other and professionals. This is done through structured conversations, invited experts, book club, written/verbal exercises, and workshopping. Each cohort meets once a week for 2 hours for eight sessions.

Cohort Spaces
Before starting the cohort, each participant will fill out the registration form, which gathers information on how this space would best serve their needs and what experiences would make it worthwhile.

In addition to the environment explained above, specific topics vary from group to group. Below are general ideas of what we explore, but each cohort is tailored to the needs indicated by the collective group. Each Cohort is virtual, $250 per participant, and runs weekly for 8 to 9 weeks.
