This Group is Coming Soon...
The goal is to create a safe space for people who collectively understand firsthand the impacts of domestic abuse/toxicity and are working to rise, renew, and achieve their goals. These facilitated group discussions are inspired by a coaching perspective built to affirm and validate our experiences and understand the connections between where we are in our recovery journey and the lives we wish to lead. We will spend time re-orienting ourselves to our authenticity and seeing ourselves as a necessary component of our lives and the community we are a part of.
Because of the nature and personal connection to this cohort focus, I am taking a bit more time to ensure that the care and outcomes of this space are well crafted in the curriculum and have ample time to be reviewed. Thank you for being patient! You can still fill out the interest form to be notified when this cohort will begin

Courageous Wellness
Coming Soon!
This cohort is for parents who are navigating connections, trust, and love with themselves, their community, and their children. It is not meant to replace therapy (which is encouraged) but to validate you as the master of your life and your experiences and affirm you as the driver of your destiny. This is done in a safe space through weekly discussion groups focused on tailored topics contributed by the group during registration. The cohort also features guest speakers, written materials, and other resources.
Experience
Weekly group meetings include tailored topics contributed by the cohort in advance, a deep dive into parenting/family culture, values, intersecting identities, parenting resources, a book club, and expert speakers on different parenting topics.
