New Parent Support Group

After nine long months, we welcome a new member to the family! Between diapers, feeding, body and hormonal changes, and daily responsibilities, it can all feel overwhelming (to say the least).

This group is structured to address areas of support where we need resources and, above all, a place to feel ourselves (again).  Community groups are a great way to avoid isolation and depression and navigate the adjustment to motherhood as we heal.  We will discuss our birthing stories, sleep cycles, advice/support, self-care, and the developmental stages from birth to 4 months.
